Mr. Alan S. Cajes, PhD

Mr. Alan Cajes, PhD is currently Compliance Officer, Vice President of the Corporate Concerns Center, and Senior Executive Fellow of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP). He serves as DAP internal resource person in risk management, project management, strategic foresight and scenario planning.

He has served as assessor of the Philippine Quality Award, the highest award for performance excellence in the country.

He is former dean of the DAP Graduate School of Public and Development Management, vice president of the DAP Sustainable Human Development Program, and trade and industry specialist of the Department of Trade Industry. He is a faculty member of the DAP Public Management Development Program and an adjunct professor in leadership and project management of the Institute of Governance, Innovations and Sustainability, University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines.

He completed the Future Leaders Program conducted by the National University of Singapore Business School, training of trainers in environmental and social safeguards by the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank, among others.
