Mr. Michael "Mike" Godinez

Mr. Michael “Mike” Godinez is currently the Senior Vice President/Chief People and Culture Officer of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation and 2024 National President of the People Management Association of the Philippines.

He has Comprehensive strategic human resources background, in Talent Acquisition; Employee Engagement and Labor Relations, Learning and Organizational Development; Total Rewards Planning and Corporate Social Responsibility. He has been exposed to different industries: NGO, Hospitality, Fashion/Retail, Manufacturing, BPO and the Food and Medical Industry. Has immersed in operation as the General Manager for an Australian BPO.

He was PMAP National Vice President for 2023. PMAP Cebu President for 2018 and Board of Trustee for PMAP National from 2019-2021. He is a Certified CHRO from Asian Institute of Management, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and a Fellow in People Management.
