2. REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION ON-LINE. Fill in the fields required under DELEGATE DETAILS. Once you have entered all the required information on the form, click on the SUBMIT button. If your application is missing required information, highlighted by red (*), it will not be accepted by the system. Review your application, enter all missing information and re-submit by clicking the SUBMIT button.

STEP 2: PRINT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT. Upon the successful completion and submission of your on-line application, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application with a billing statement.

STEP 3: MAKE YOUR PAYMENT. On-line Registrations will not be processed until fully-paid. Payments may be made in cash, cheque or bank transfer. (Please refer to Payment Details below for instructions.) Reservations will only be held up to 5 working days. Otherwise, your application will expire and automatically be released. If deadline falls on a non-banking day, you may deposit the following day.

Once we confirm your payment, we will send you a conference pass form with acknowledgement receipt marking your registration as “PAID”.

Retain a copy of the conference pass form and the acknowledgement receipt and present this at the Prepaid Online Lane of the conference registration on JULY 18, 2018 to claim your ID, Conference Kit and Official Receipt.

Cash or cheque payments may be directly delivered to the PFA Secretariat from 10:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. All cheques should be made payable to: PHILIPPINE FRANCHISE ASSOCIATION, INC.
