Mr. Angel Francisco

Mr. Joel R. Aguada is the President of Syudad Barrio Fiesta Franchise Inc., a popular Filipino restaurant chain. Before joining this company, he was the Vice President for Business Development & Training and subsequently the Vice-President for Sales in Asia Pacific of Megaworld International. Previously, he was the Founder and President of Magister English Training Center and First Magister, Inc., a communication skills development company.

His training background started with his employment as a management and sales consultant of Guthrie-Jensen Consultants, Inc., the country’s leading training company. His training experience is acknowledged in the areas of communications skills, customer service salesmanship, and team building. He continues to be a training and development consultant to various companies in several industries.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
