Ms. Tita Datu Puangco is the CEO and Chairperson of Ancilla Enterprise Development Consulting, a Philippine leader in training and organization development with an ASEAN reach.
Before setting up Ancilla, she was faculty member of the Master in Business Management of the Asian Institute of Management. Before AIM, she was Vice President of Bank of Philippine Island as Concurrent Head of the BPI Training and Development Center, Public Relations and Executive Director of the BPI Foundation. Before BPI, she worked as Manager of the Organization Development Department of San Miguel Corporation.
Before going to the private sector, Ms. Puanco worked with National Media Production Center as Head of the Regional Operations Division and Project Director of the Population Information and Education Unit.
She was a NEDA USAID scholar in Communication Planning and Programming at the University of Chicago, Michigan State University and Indiana State University. She was a Ford Foundation travel grantee for development communication in India, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. She also attended school in Total Quality Management with the Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineers and studied in Managing Bank Training Centers at Barclays Bank in the United Kingdom.
Ms. Puanco graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Literature major in Journalism at the University of Santo Tomas, Magna Cum Laude. At UST, she was a University Scholar and the President of the Central Board of Students. She was a BPI scholar in Asian Institute of Management, graduating with a Masters in Management with distinction.
